Vitiano 2004, Falesco (merlot/cab /sangiovese)
Reviews of Vitiano 2004, Falesco (merlot/cab /sangiovese)
Review made on 13/03/07 at 09:41:34 by David CrossleyThis is a standby red for us. It is the family property of Riccardo Cotarella, one of Italy's star consultants. This is an "international" style wine (merlot, cabernet, sangiovese). The fruit is silky smooth but it attains a remarkable degree of complexity for what is meant to be their everyday wine. I wish you could find St Emilion like this for £8.99.
