Taut, elegant nose which is dark and shows classic merlot characters. Concentrated mid-palate leads to a taut, fresh, acidic finish that is pure Italian winemaking. Very elegant style of this ubitiquous grape variety, and one of the best food-friendly merlots we've tried.
