Pale to light gold. Apricot, lime, and minerals on the nose, with a lovely, full and rich mouthfeel. Barrel fermented and ages for six months in second fill french oak barrels. The Foundry is the creation of Meerlust winemaker Chris Williams, one of the most exciting talents in South African winemaking.
